Task #1:
150 Air Squats
*Partner 1 must do 3 Kettle Bell deadlifts and then hold the top of the deadlift before partner 2 can do Air Squats.
*Repeat the 3 deadlifts and hold at the top each time you switch.
*Weight: 25/18

Task #2:
50 Calorie Row

*Partner 1 must hold a Plank while Partner 2 is rowing for calories.
*Calories can only be counted if the opposing parter is in the plank hold.

Task #3:

25 Burpee Box or Plate Step Ups

100 Calorie Row

*Partner 1 must hold a weighted Plank(45/25) while Partner 2 is rowing for calories.
*Calories can only be counted if the opposing parter is in the weighted plank hold.

Task #2:
150/100 Calorie Row

*Partner 1 must hold a handstand while Partner 2 is rowing for calories.
*Calories can only be counted if the opposing parter is in the handstand hold.
