10 Strict Pull Ups or 5/5 Bent Over Single Arm Rows

MURPH PREP MONDAY (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
AMRAP 15 Minutes
200m Run
10 Pull Up (or Strict, your choice based on how you plan to do Murph.. Either is considered Rx’d)

*Perform each workout with a 20/14# Vest

Goal here is to maintain 6+ rounds per AMRAP

so 18+ rounds total!!!

Try to maintain the same pace on the run throughout and break up reps in smart sets from the beginning!
